Guidance provided for "community-based, family-focused, and service oriented" reform
The Status Offense Reform Center (SORC) of the Vera Institute’s Center for Youth Justice is offering a toolkit on how to reform status offense systems.
The toolkit is divided into four models:
Structuring System Change
Using Local Information to Guide System Change
Planning and Implementing System Change
Monitoring and Sustaining System Change (not yet available)
