It is always exciting to learn about formerly incarcerated people who upon release from prison make a positive difference in the lives of other formerly incarcerated people. Such is the case of Teresa Hodge who, along with her daughter Laurin, founded Mission Launch as a way to help formerly incarcerated people in the Washington D.C./Greater Baltimore, MD area utilize civic technology to help overcome barriers to employment, and to give service providers more ammunition to aid their clients in successfully navigating the path to successful reintegration.
