The DOJ has announced funding and opportunities for the following:

Establishment of a National Center on Restorative Justice The U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance is seeking applications to fund an accredited university of higher education or an accredited law school for the purposes of establishing a National Center on Restorative Justice that will educate and train the next generation of justice leaders and support research focusing on how best to provide direct services to address social inequities, such as simultaneous access to substance addiction treatment and higher education.
